As an EU or EEA customer, you have the right to request a refund for one or more products within 14 days of receiving your order. We are also offering an extended return period for purchases made between 31/10 and 24/12-21, during which you have until 31/1-22 to request a return. In order for your return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.
  • The product cannot be custom made with personalization.

Please also note the following:

  • Products cannot be exchanged at our retailers.
  • You, the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Customized products, such as those with a customized variation or personalization, are not eligible for return or exchange. It is important to carefully consider all aspects of a customized product before placing an order, as the right of return or exchange does not apply in this case.

Customers have the option to use our preferred shipping providers, PostNord and DHL, for returns. If you would like to use one of these carriers for your return, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary information and documentation. Please note that the cost of shipping the return will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of shipping.

For international returns, please contact us by email to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the necessary information and documentation to complete the return. To avoid any reminder fees, we recommend pausing your Klarna invoice until we have processed your return. You can do this yourself through the Klarna app or by contacting Klarna for assistance.

After we have approved the return, it usually takes 1-5 business days for the money to be refunded to your account. The money automatically goes back to the account used for payment. If you paid with a gift card, the money will be refunded to the gift card.

If you return a product for a refund, the paid price will be refunded to you. If you received a promotional price on the product, the discounted price will be refunded. However, it is important to note that if you used a discount code that required you to order a certain minimum amount, and the total value of your order drops below that amount due to returning items, we reserve the right to deny you the discount code. Customs order are not eligible for return but they are eligible for exchange.
