To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • If you want to exchange, write in the note what you want to exchange too
  • For invoices with Klarna, to avoid reminder fees, we recommend that you pause your invoice until we handle your return. You can do this yourself in the Klarna app or contact them so they can help you. You can reach them via chat and email here. 

    If not possible to pause the invoice, please pay the invoice and we will refund you once we have received and approved your return.


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • The product should be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.
  • In the original packaging
  • The product must not be custom made with personalization

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • When you register your return, you can choose whether you want to arrange return shipping on your own or buy a return note from Reyrr Athletics .
  • If you choose to buy return shipping from us, a pdf file with a QR code will be sent to your e-mail. You show the QR code to your postal agent who prints the consignment note for you. When we process the refund for your return, the cost of the return slip (SEK 49) will be deducted from your refund. Helmet an Shoulder pads are SEK 89
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
